Job Title

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function of our organization. You will be responsible for gathering, developing, and consolidating annual and mid-year budgets and forecasts in collaboration with cost center managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support near- and long-term profit and loss forecasting by analyzing sales trends, identifying opportunities, and making recommendations to management.
  • Aid in preparing and processing monthly budgets to actual review reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Assist in data gathering, development, and consolidation of annual and mid-year budgets and forecasts, collaborating with cost center managers.
  • Consolidate feedback from cost center managers, respond to concerns/queries as needed, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, including modeling for strategic decision support, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, databases, and accounting software.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

What We Look For
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or equivalent.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
