Role Overview:

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join Circa Logica Group, working from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business prospects, driving revenue growth, technical recruitment, and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing efforts
  • Contribute to the development of our recruitment approach and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation in the HR Recruitment Industry
  • International client interaction and networking expertise
  • Experience in cold calling/telemarketing
  • Exceptional communication and people skills
  • Impressive problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Notable attention to detail
  • Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in proposal writing and contract negotiations
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
