Business Development/ Strategic Account Managers are responsible for handling, maintaining, and growing revenue and profit goals for existing and new accounts. They are responsible for establishing business relationship with customers as well as finding new business, prospects and create new opportunities. Tasks involve strategic planning, sales support and solution selling.

Specific Responsibilities:

Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing marketsContacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.Respond to customers query and requests on a timely mannerPlanning and overseeing new marketing initiatives (such lead generation, market penetration, cold call prospective customers, etc).Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needsDeveloping quotes, manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sourcesManage client expectationsCreate Sales PipelineCreate and populate customer database and ensure the details are up to date.Liaise with the product management team, finance team, warehousing and logistics departments and other teams as appropriateSeek ways of improving the way the business operatesAttending conferences, meetings, and industry events.Continuous self-training and skills development. Job Requirements: Graduate of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Bachelor of Science in Electronics Communication Engineering, Information Technology or Business AdministrationHighly personable, confident, aggressive, sales driven and customer oriented.Should possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Availability to travel as neededAbility to handle multiple accounts, highly organized and able to coordinate well with the team members.Experience in CRM SoftwarePreferably with at least three (3) years' experience in Telco & IT Sales.
