
Business Development Representative

The Role- Identify and engage with potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products through various channels.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Clearly explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and actively follow up to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the personal loan industry.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, loans, or a target-driven sales environment.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience with cash loans, personal loans, or other consumer lending products is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in using computer and navigating different applications/software.
