Job OverviewWe're seeking a skilled professional to turn real estate stories into captivating videos that resonate with audiences.

This role is about transforming ideas into engaging video content, utilizing a proven system for high-quality output consistently. As a Video Marketing Listing Coordinator, you will be responsible for running our AI-powered Content Machine, focusing on creativity, storytelling, and consistency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills, be able to source local real estate articles and market updates, write compelling scripts using ChatGPT (trained on our style), generate voice clones in ElevenLabs, create video avatars in HeyGen, assemble reels in Canva, and publish across social media platforms daily.

You will be measured on your ability to consistently publish 40+ unique videos per week, ensuring video quality, brand consistency, and engagement growth. Staying ahead of trends in short-form real estate content is also crucial.
