Financial Analyst / Financial Assistant Job">

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to fill the role of Financial Analyst / Financial Assistant. This position will be responsible for driving smarter business decisions, streamlining financial workflows, and unlocking insights across our revenue-generating initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with various stakeholders to provide weekly and monthly reporting on key financial metrics, including ROI, CAC, LTV, CPMs, revenue by channel, and campaign profitability. You will also be responsible for forecasting revenue and expenses based on real-time campaign performance and historical trends.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and improve dynamic Excel and Google Sheets-based financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Track and analyze key financial metrics.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders.
  • Forecast revenue and expenses.
  • Support budget planning and variance analysis for marketing and content acquisition spend.
  • Identify areas for automation and optimization within current financial workflows.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and visuals for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the month-end close process.
  • Participate in ad hoc accounting and finance projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess advanced Google Sheets skills, strong attention to detail, and a knack for simplifying complexity. You should also have experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data cleaning & visualization.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement. To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to be available for meetings and collaboration during core business hours and disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.
