Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders. They will also have experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis tools.

The role will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing recommendations for strategic business decisions. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with operations teams to complete daily margin reports and provide support on data sources and discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for process improvements.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting techniques, including KPIs and data analysis tools.
