The role of a Training and Development Supervisor involves assessing organizational needs, developing training programs, and conducting training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RCM and experience in supervisory roles, with excellent communication skills.

- Developing and implementing training plans to meet business objectives
- Leading trainers to successful completion of requirements
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in RCM, including training and facilitation
- Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of managing teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
