Job Description

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in technical discussions with clients to understand their requirements and pain points.

  • Design and implement solutions that demonstrate the value of our products, addressing customer needs effectively.

  • Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar technical customer-facing role.

  • Strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
