Technical Solutions Engineer Job Description">

Our team is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to collaborate closely with the sales team, taking responsibility for all technical aspects throughout the sales process. This role involves designing and proposing customized technical solutions that align with client-specific requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
  • Design and propose customized technical solutions that meet client-specific requirements and integrate with existing systems.
  • Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Participate in post-sales calls/activities with large customers, ensuring continuity and success in the customer's subsequent adoption, usage, and future expansion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in designing and architecting IT solutions and supporting the process of selling complex IT solutions to large enterprises.
  • Cloud experience with one of these cloud providers: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of web protocols and security.
  • Passion for technology so they can act as evangelists for the products in discussions with potential customers and partners, to direct opinions and inspire action.
  • Minimum of 3+ years designing and architecting highly available/redundant IT solutions for enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting, preferably with distros like Ubuntu and RedHat.
