Job Opportunity

A dynamic and professional individual is sought to fill a critical role as Inbound Sales Representative.

This position will focus on delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email, while also resolving customer complaints and concerns. Additionally, meeting or exceeding sales targets will be a key performance indicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer interaction skills to provide excellent customer experience
  • Utilize communication skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience handling international accounts
  • Bachelor's degree required, but high school diploma accepted for experienced candidates
  • Excellent communication skills (conversational, confident, spontaneous, relational)
  • Strong comprehension and learning agility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with stringent compliance to information security measures
