Job Description

This role involves executing and monitoring sales strategies, product availability, and dealer growth. It also requires ensuring a constant supply of products within the assigned distribution network.

  • Executes all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by management.
  • Closely monitors the sales growth of all dealers, sub-dealers, and users in the assigned area.
  • Ensures strict implementation of the Minimum Retail Price.
  • Coordinates with local government officials for local activities in line with company marketing programs.
  • Monitors both physical appearance and product performance from store outlets to end users.
Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating new store and farm accounts.
  • Providing technical assistance to all product users on a pre-set schedule and on-call service.
  • Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Attending meetings, conferences, workshops, and training sessions to remain current on principles and practices.
  • Responding to client questions and comments in a courteous and timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science or any related course.
  • Well organized and goal-oriented.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal skills; self-starter.
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
