Global Equity Program Administrator

Today, more data and users exist outside the enterprise than inside, dissolving the traditional network perimeter.

A new perimeter is needed, built in the cloud and protecting data wherever it goes.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to administer and manage global equity programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of global equity programs, ensuring accurate processing of equity transactions.
  • Maintain and reconcile equity data within Equity Edge Online, ensuring data integrity.
  • Support semi-annual ESPP enrollment & purchases, contribution rate changes, and disposition reporting
  • Partner with Payroll to record equity compensation income, tax withholding, and ESPP contribution elections in Workday.
  • Collaborate with HR Tech to maintain and update requirements for data transmissions between Equity Edge Online (E*Trade) and Workday.
  • Collaborate with Finance/Accounting to ensure accurate and timely accounting for stock-based compensation (ASC 718).
  • Support quarterly and annual financial statements, including footnotes and disclosures related to equity compensation.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests related to equity compensation.
  • Complete monthly audits of equity grants, terminations, and share balances outstanding.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in stock administration or equity compensation, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Experience with Equity Edge Online (E*Trade) is a plus.
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level II or III
