Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain Design System libraries with up-to-date components, tokens, UX and UI patterns, and thorough documentation.
  • Create detailed guidelines for designers and engineers to incorporate design components and patterns into projects seamlessly.
  • Refine user interfaces to align perfectly with the brand standards, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
  • Promote continuous improvement to achieve usability and visual appeal.
  • Translate design into technical specifications for smooth transition between design and development teams.
  • Expand and tailor the design system to new design needs and challenges as they arise.
  • Clarify and communicate design intentions and workflows through wireframes, site maps, and user flows.
  • Validate design concepts and refine user flows based on real feedback through interactive prototyping.
  • Ensure final products meet the highest standards of visual and functional excellence through the design QA process.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A solid track record as a UI Designer with a great portfolio showcasing best UI design work and impressive achievements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems and ability to enhance them.
  • Prototyping: Ability to bring ideas to life with interactive prototypes using InVision, Marvel, or Figma.
  • Documentation: Excellent skills in drawing up wireframes, plotting site maps, and planning out user flows for clear communication of design ideas.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers and product managers to create exceptional results.
  • Attention to Detail: Eagle eye for details, taking pride in crafting flawless design solutions.
  • Additional Skills: Strong skills in motion animation, creating engaging and delightful moments for users, and adept at creating illustrations and icons for fresh visuals.
