Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled User Management and Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of the frontline support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional user management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process user management requests in a timely manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Communicate effectively with sponsors regarding issues related to client-supported products.
  • Perform database system performance reporting tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis for alerts and errors generated by supported products.
  • Ensure compliance with customer data privacy and security policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, computer and internet savvy, as well as call/contact center ticketing tools and call management tools.

Behavioral Skills:
  • A positive personality with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to make informed decisions and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience in user management or data entry is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
