Client Facing Digital Marketing Professional

We seek an experienced Client Facing Digital Marketing Professional to manage and grow our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business goals, challenges, and industry.
    • Communicate campaign updates, insights, and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Project and Campaign Coordination:
    • Coordinate with internal teams to manage campaigns and set timelines for timely delivery.
    • Align campaign execution with client needs and address concerns promptly.
  • Account Growth and Upselling:
    • Identify opportunities for service expansion and support contract renewals.
    • Collaborate with sales for proposals and offer enhancements to clients.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Prepare performance reports with insights and review KPIs with clients to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Industry Awareness and Strategy:
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools, and bring innovative ideas to client strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a client facing digital marketing role or similar.
  • Understanding of channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing.
  • Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • CRM or project management software familiarity is a plus.
