CX Solutions Architect Position

Are you a customer-facing expert who thrives in consultative roles? As a CX Solutions Architect, you will challenge industry standards and deliver business results. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer engagement, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.

About the Role
  • This position focuses on driving business performance related to CXOne Mpower Quality Management.
  • You will collaborate with customers to achieve desired business outcomes and ROI through implemented products.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, methodologies, processes, and technologies surrounding contact center ecosystems is crucial.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Expertise
  • Deliver customized training, configuration guidance, and technical support to customers for CXOne Mpower Quality Management.
  • Assist customers in achieving desired business outcomes and ROI through implemented products.
  • Ensure customer requirements are prioritized and incorporated into product roadmaps by collaborating with internal product management organizations.
Project Development
  • Work closely with the CXone project team to drive a successful customer/partner engagement lifecycle.
  • Provide business analysis, user needs assessment, business systems design, and business area assessment for assigned projects.
Business Acumen
  • Presentation of a professional image in conduct, attitude, and attire is essential.
  • Effective communication with customers is vital in and outside of our organization.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage client relationships at executive and front-line management levels.
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in technical (e.g., CS/IS/EE) or business (e.g., Marketing/MIS) field or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 8+ years of customer engagement and industry experience beyond education requirements above is necessary.
  • Strong consulting skills to uncover, strategize, and align client goals and objectives with a product solution are required.
