We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to work on a contingent basis in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position that requires applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. They should also be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute) and possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

This role operates in a professional office environment, and the employee will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks.

  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills">
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)">

  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems">
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality">
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation">
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)">
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage">
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus">

Candidates accepted for this role will be contacted on an as-needed basis. Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
