Contingent Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals to work on a contingent basis in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position that requires applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems.

- Leverage knowledge of common requests and solutions to improve customer experience">
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues">
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and customers">
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels as needed">

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. They should also be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute) and possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
">This role operates in a professional office environment, and the employee will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks.

- Must be 18 years of age or older">
- High school diploma or equivalent">
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills">
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)">
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)">
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems">
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality">
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation">
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)">
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage">
- Strong team orientation and customer focus">
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent">
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers">
Candidates accepted for this role will be contacted on an as-needed basis. Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
