Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions and data entry for our online marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order issues via chat, email, and phone
- Enter, update, and verify orders with high accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions
- Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into our account
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce order processing or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desired)
- Strong proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
