Job Overview

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the customer success team and driving business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, developing and executing retention strategies, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer success team in delivering world-class business and technical account management to clients.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies that meet or exceed stated targets.
  • Partner with sales division to develop strategies and goals to improve product penetration rates within existing customer portfolio.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to improve overall support and delivery experience.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 12+ years of professional experience in customer service, contact center, and/or B2B technology.
  • 5+ years of management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience in leading remote teams preferred.
