
Director of Customer Success and Business Outcomes

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the customer success team and driving business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, developing and executing retention strategies, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the customer success team in delivering world-class business and technical account management to clients.
- Develop and execute retention strategies that meet or exceed stated targets.
- Partner with sales division to develop strategies and goals to improve product penetration rates within existing customer portfolio.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to improve overall support and delivery experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 12+ years of professional experience in customer service, contact center, and/or B2B technology.
- 5+ years of management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience in leading remote teams preferred.
