Are you a highly skilled project coordinator looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in large scale public events.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a project management or administrative support capacity, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking someone who can scope and quote admin support, as well as create and manage operations plans, client agreements, and equipment planning sheets. Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be detail-oriented.

  • Scoping and quoting admin support (excel) + revision management

  • Operations Plans administration + Revisions (MS Word)

  • Client Agreements + Revisions (MS Word)

  • Equipment Planning Sheets + Revisions (MS Word)

  • RTO Partnership Administration for CPR and First Aid Training Courses (custom software platform / CRM)

  • Shared inbox management of training queries inbox

  • Post event reporting (excel - intermediate looksups / pivots)

  • Administration of online form tool (Zoho Forms) including logic/automations

  • MYOB Invoicing

  • Orchestrator administration and Briefing (rostering software)

  • Support to keep on top of payments and invoice reconciliation for credit cards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar administrative role, preferably in events

  • Intermediate Excel skills

  • Ability to learn and maintain processes while working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Detail Oriented

  • Bachelors degree
