About this role:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our platform engineering group, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.

Our ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in DevOps or related fields, with a proven background in Kubernetes, IaC, monitoring tools, and Docker. They should possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, and have excellent communication skills.

About the responsibilities:

  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and IaC solutions to automate platform infrastructure provisioning and deployment
  • Own the operational health and performance of production and pre-production environments
  • Build, maintain, and support ephemeral environments for development, testing, and QA
  • Work closely with engineering, development, and product teams to ensure platform services align with development needs
  • Utilize monitoring tools to monitor platform performance and respond to incidents
  • Ensure platform infrastructure adheres to security policies and compliance standards
  • Maintain high-quality documentation for platform processes
  • Support the development of junior engineers by providing guidance and mentorship

About the qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineer
  • Proven background in Kubernetes, IaC, monitoring tools, and Docker
  • Able to inspire, mentor, and guide platform engineers and developers
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Effective collaboration across engineering, development, and product teams
  • Comfortable with evolving technologies and rapidly changing requirements
