We are seeking a seasoned Database Architect to join our team of experts in IT consulting and services.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently or in teams on medium-sized features, communicate clearly, and deliver what they commit to.

  • Mid-Senior level experience in database architecture and development.
  • Excellent understanding of database systems, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Strong technical leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

The ideal candidate will design and optimize real-time databases and data systems, ensuring performance, quality, and scalability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and optimizing database architectures to meet evolving client needs.
  • Tuning and productionizing data systems and machine learning models to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Leading by example in design reviews and pair programming, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a thoughtful team culture.
  • Providing technical leadership in architecture and design discussions, advocating for simple, elegant solutions.
  • Championing best practices in quality, security, and operations, including CI/CD, monitoring, and privacy compliance.
