Business Development Representative
The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive growth and generate new business opportunities in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, proven lead generation skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the B2B sector
- Conduct market research to identify prospects, industries, and opportunities for growth
- Perform outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads and secure appointments
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth sales process
- Leverage AI tools to enhance lead generation, outreach, and reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM or tracking tools
- Proven work experience as a Business Development or in a similar sales-focused role
- Solid background in sales and marketing, with B2B experience strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in lead generation and appointment setting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales/marketing automation is a strong plus
- Experience working with North American clients is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Plastic Industry is a plus
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
