Key Responsibilities
  • Managing active assignments to deliver high-quality results.
  • Leading comprehensive financial model creation and optimization for strategic decision-making.
  • Developing assumptions, parameters, and scenarios under Senior Managers' guidance for robust models.
  • Discussing commercial issues with clients and ensuring accurate reflection in the model.
  • Sensitivity analysis and stress testing to validate model assumptions and outputs.
  • Contribution to financial modeling methodologies and tools development, driving continuous improvement.
  • Preparing comprehensive model documentation detailing assumptions, methodologies, and results.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of modeling processes and methodologies.
  • Leading project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for efficient project delivery.

Team Leadership
  • Leading modelling professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Training, motivating, and managing junior team members on assignments.
  • Closely collaborating with team members, learning, and contributing to assignments.
  • Communicating model findings and insights effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Simplifying complex financial model issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in a financial role within an advisory practice or large corporate setting.
  • Good appreciation of accounting concepts; accounting qualification beneficial.
  • In-depth understanding of Project Finance, Corporate Finance, or Financial Planning concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
  • Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
  • Experience with FAST financial modeling standard desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
