Real Estate Financial Modeling Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Financial Modeling Specialist.

The role involves providing financial modeling and market research support to our clients, preparing reports to inform their investment decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of real estate data from various sources, including databases and external research
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess property performance and returns
  • Research and analyze market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership and clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients
