Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to inform strategic initiatives and ensure business alignment.
  • Lead monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring accurate data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze complex financial results, identifying trends, and providing actionable guidance for key stakeholders.
  • Create advanced financial models, develop 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate on scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to drive strategic growth and profitability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with strong academic record.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
