The role of a Senior Accounting Manager is to oversee the end-to-end financial management cycle. Key responsibilities include leading financial planning and analysis activities, overseeing month-end close processes, preparing and presenting management reports, maintaining and enhancing financial models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, developing and implementing process improvements, mentoring and leading a remote finance team, and supporting internal and external audits.


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning & analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote / Work from Home setup.
