The Executive Assistant will serve as the backbone of daily operations, coordinating calendars, organizing outreach, and utilizing AI tools to maximize impact and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Managing calendars, meeting schedules, and podcast recordings
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinating logistics for events, outreach, and corporate clients
  • Workflow Management: Maintaining Notion, Google Drive, ClickUp, and Kajabi folders and workflows
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Organizing SOPs and backend systems for easy delegation and team growth
  • Event Planning: Helping manage logistics for company retreats
  • Social Media Scheduling: Scheduling social media posts across platforms
  • AI Tool Utilization: Using AI tools to draft messages, brainstorm outreach copy, summarize notes, and build reports
