
HR Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an HR professional to join our team.
Job Overview:- This role involves providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, time off, and pay for clinic staff, as well as managing shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs.
- Additional duties involve logging and entering PTO, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate staff schedules.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and submitting payroll data through our platform.
- Assisting on-site staff with office and medical supplies is also a key aspect of this role.
- In case of complex or sensitive HR issues, the candidate will escalate them to leadership.
- Maintaining records of key client renewal dates and employer reports is essential.
- Patient outreach for failed payments, missing registration items, or incomplete forms is another crucial responsibility.
- Supporting job postings and interview scheduling is also required.
- Responding to routine internal or patient-facing questions in a timely manner is vital.
- Maintaining up-to-date internal SOPs is a key performance indicator.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- A minimum of experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations.
- A highly organized individual with attention to detail, able to identify and solve problems efficiently.
- An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing internal team dynamics professionally.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software.
