Job Description

This position involves providing support to the customer operations by ensuring that merchandising standards are met and promotional displays are executed according to plan. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication with key store personnel.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales promotion, market research, and merchandising, as well as knowledge of marketing principles and statistical tools. Additionally, they must be willing to travel extensively and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  1. To implement national merchandising standards at the area level and ensure that all promotions are executed on time.
  2. To manage regular point-of-purchase (POP) displays and special POP displays for products and services.
  3. To oversee out-of-home (OOH) merchandising activities and ensure compliance with company standards.
  4. To develop and implement programs to improve availability, visibility, and merchandising execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales promotion, market research, or merchandising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, statistical tools, and cost-benefit analysis.
