Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage daily HR tasks, employee relations, and compliance in the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR roles and possess excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations in the EMEA region. They will also develop business and employee productivity through effective employee relations and engagement.

The role requires adaptability to changing HR policies and business needs, as well as the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

As an HR specialist, you will work closely with various stakeholders to provide support and guidance on HR-related matters. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all HR daily general tasks from queries to HR policies, C&B, Compliance, and Labor laws.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement to develop the business and employees' productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations in the EMEA region.
