Customer Service Representative Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong command of the English language is essential for effective communication.
  • Typing speed of 20 words per minute (WPM) or higher is expected from applicants.
