Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO - North American Account setting. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position, working from home. You will be required to attend inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current clients, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service at each step of the interaction
  • Answering customer inquiries and redirecting them to relevant departments when necessary
  • Finding and implementing effective solutions for customers, whether it's adjusting payment dates, processing early payments, or restructuring loan terms
  • Collecting customer testimonials and handling reviews
  • Attending to administrative duties such as data entry, funding, and reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO - North American Account setting
  • 1 Year experience working with Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
  • A reliable internet connection (no Pocket Wifi)
