Marketing and Operations Role

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Marketing and Operations professional to support our growing physical therapy practice. This role will play a key part in driving sales and marketing efforts, managing client relationships, and maintaining our online presence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient information and interactions through our CRM system (HubSpot). Follow up with lost patients, schedule appointments, and handle incoming and outgoing calls to maintain patient engagement.
  • Post and manage content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Create visually appealing content using Canva for marketing campaigns and clinic promotions. Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
  • Assist with the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns. Monitor effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging content, visuals, and materials aligned with the brand. Support the creation of blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
  • Maintain clinic website content using Squarespace. Ensure information is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Organize and plan events, workshops, and other gatherings to engage the community and promote the clinic's services.
  • Analyze marketing data (website traffic, social media engagement, etc.) to support decision-making and improve strategies. Track ROI and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Serve as the point of contact within the clinic for patients and team members. Assist with scheduling and other admin tasks as needed.
  • Provide basic technical support for clinic tools, apps, and software, helping resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback from patients, responding appropriately to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Schedule personal and family appointments for the leadership team. Plan travel and prepare itineraries as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, Slack, Instagram, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs, Squarespace, and GoHighLevel.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage patients and team members in a positive and professional manner.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create engaging, visually appealing content.
  • Team player with a passion for working in a collaborative environment.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and platforms as needed.
  • Attention to detail in managing client information, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in healthcare or wellness marketing is a plus but not required.
