Are you a skilled language professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Workstream is seeking an exceptional Mandarin Language Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic customer support team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading technology company, providing top-notch customer service to our Mandarin-speaking customers. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for addressing a broad range of issues and requests related to our products via phone, email, and chat.

  • You will be the primary point of contact for our Mandarin customers, responding promptly and accurately to their needs as measured by: a median first response time of less than one minute, issue resolution time of fewer than 24 hours, and CSAT score of 95%
  • Promptly escalate issues to teammates and the engineering team as needed, having judgment on what are user errors, poor training, product defects, and feature requests
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Mandarin and English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1-3 years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Phone Support experience and proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Ability to work a regular shift during US hours and attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
