Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mandarin Language Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing exceptional customer support to our Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the engineering team when necessary. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our success team to ensure that our clients are fully set up and utilizing our platform to its fullest potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Phone support experience required
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
