Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teammates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective strategies to identify and market to prospective clients
  • Utilize prospecting techniques through emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling potential customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify prospects using lists, reports, and self-prospecting strategies to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Schedule customer meetings and conference calls with prospective clients to effectively present our products and services
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics and revenue targets to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience required; BPO experience preferred for candidates who have worked in similar industries
  • Candidates must be eager to learn and develop a career in the digital services industry, with a willingness to adapt to changing technologies and processes
  • Strong analytical thinking, issue-resolution, and time-management skills are essential for success in this role
  • Excellent consultative communication and negotiation skills are necessary for building strong relationships with clients and teammates
  • Ability to learn new technologies and organize data efficiently is crucial for this position
