
Sales Growth Expert

A business development representative plays a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our sales efforts.
This role involves executing outbound sales and marketing campaigns, researching prospective customers and market trends, generating high-quality leads for senior sellers, owning and closing SMB opportunities within designated territories, collaborating across multiple teams and senior stakeholders, and helping define processes and policies for the team.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced business development representative who can drive qualified pipeline growth, navigate prospective accounts from junior to senior executive levels, identify new customer opportunities, and provide exceptional service to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding annual quotas, excellent communication and negotiation skills, persistence and perseverance, a growth mindset, and the ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long.
