The Role of a People Services Center Analyst is to provide excellent customer experience in Human Resource Services query resolution aligned to People Services service centers' culture and aspirations. This includes focusing on Benefits and Payroll processes with high attention to detail and 100% accuracy in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize tools, desk procedures, and knowledge base to resolve inquiries and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and resolutions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards are met
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a shared services environment
