Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Employee Services Coordinator to join our team. As an Employee Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in compliance with established procedures, strategies, and methodologies. You will also be required to escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Perform routine activities in accordance with established service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Raise gaps relevant to standard operating procedures (SOP) and document transaction processing (DTP). Escalate to Senior and Team Lead for process alignment.
  • Identify and escalate tasks or scenarios outside of normal scope to senior team members and Team Lead for guidance.
  • Assist in data gathering for report creation and ensure accuracy of all data processed and entered in HR systems.
  • Monitor and respond to Employee Centre support requests.
Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum Requirements
  • Amenable for hybrid set-up, 2-3 times per week in the office.
  • Open for morning shift (9AM to 6PM, Manila Time).
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Time, Payroll and HR processes and procedures.
  • Experience in outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related roles or similar functions is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge in using Workday, Oracle, ADP, ServiceNow, or other similar platforms and tools is preferred.
