HR Delivery Support Specialist

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Delivery Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, this role will be responsible for providing support to our HR teams by analyzing data, interpreting results, and applying project management skills to assist operational projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform analytical studies using financial, statistical, and operational methods
  • Interpret data and apply professional judgement to inform decision-making
  • Apply project management principles to support operational projects
  • Partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that enhance operational workflow
  • Provide guidance and training to new and lower level team members as needed
  • Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independence of judgment and autonomy

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills
  • High-level knowledge of industry standards and practices
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
