We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a Recruitment Consultant position. This role will focus on sourcing and headhunting talent to build a strong and capable workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting, to find high-quality candidates.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, aligning with client needs and organizational culture.
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on sourcing and headhunting
- Strong understanding of recruitment methods and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
