ERP Consultant for Supply Chain Solutions

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant with a strong background in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Sales Team to determine possible solutions to customer requirements and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Team in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) for functional requirements or questions.
  • Lead sales discovery sessions to determine possible solutions to customer requirements and challenges.
  • Write business scenarios relevant to the customer based on information gathered during sales discovery sessions.
  • Configure D365 for various modules, including Order Management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management, Vendor Portal, and Manufacturing.
  • Provide solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
  • Document proposed solution overviews, including possible integrations, based on RFPs and information gathered during sales discovery sessions.
  • Write design documents for customizations and reports for D365, capturing boundary conditions and including comprehensive test scenarios.
  • Review design documents, data mapping, and integration mapping written by other team members.
  • Conduct training sessions at Unify University annually.
  • Write articles about D365 SCM functional topics for the Unify blog.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning
  • Proficient English communication skills
