Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage global, cross-functional process improvement initiatives, engaging executive-level stakeholders and fostering collaborative environments.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Implement and monitor improvements using robust control planning and compliance measures.
  • Communicate project performance and updates across all organizational levels, ensuring seamless collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Create and deliver stakeholder presentations with supporting documentation and tools, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
  • Recommend and implement process standards and methodologies, leveraging Lean Six Sigma expertise to drive business value.
  • Support departmental improvements in tools, templates, and processes, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

·Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with 5+ years of hands-on experience in process improvement

·Proven track record of success in remote, global teams, with a flexible and collaborative mindset

·Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities

·Strong background in IT process improvement and project management

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project)

·Experience with Agile methodologies
