The Key Responsibilities of this Role Include:

  • Assisting the Head Client Manager in managing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues faced by clients.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of client issues through training and experience.
  • Developing the ability to handle various client inquiries independently after training.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to clients, ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively.
  • Maintaining high client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and proactive communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication.
  • Confident in phone communication, capable of troubleshooting frustrated clients.
  • Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
  • Team player who asks questions for clarity.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
