Job Role

As an Account Manager at Ninja Van, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, driving business growth, and ensuring successful service delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and service requirements.
  • Monitoring order progress and addressing delays or issues promptly.

You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing or handling accounts in FMCG, Beauty and Wellness, Pharma, or General Trade Industries.
  • Strong understanding of transport and logistics operations, processes, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop actionable insights.
