Process Excellence Manager

Drive process improvement and efficiency across the organization. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute process improvement initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders to identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and senior leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses, utilizing statistical software and techniques to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project results, meeting or exceeding agreed-upon metrics and goals.
  • Promote a risk-aware culture, adhering to required standards and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in process excellence, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business impact through process improvements, with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
