
Patient Experience Officer

Job Summary:
The Patient Experience Officer is responsible to enhancing the overall patient experience by ensuring high quality standards of patient-centered care and service excellence. Actively collecting patient feedback, addressing concerns and complaints coordinating with healthcare teams to resolve issues, and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction. Serves as a liaison between the patients, families healthcare providers promoting effective communication, compassionate care, and culture of continuous improvement.
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the collection, analysis and reporting of patient feedback through survey, face to face engagement and interviews.
- Support Quality Improvement Programs in relation to Patient Experience
- Acts as liaison between patients, families and healthcare providers to address and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Patient Advocate

Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related fields. Post- graduate certificate in related fields is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry or any related service industry.
