Logistics Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Specialist to lead our fast-paced logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production timelines, capacity, and material flow with domestic and international manufacturers.
  • Oversight of inbound logistics and outbound fulfillment, including freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
  • Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies across enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, third-party logistics (3PL), and internal systems.
  • Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with operational, customer experience, and finance teams.
  • Drive process improvements across manufacturing and logistics to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain compliance with international trade and shipping regulations.

Ideal Background:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (DTC) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments; startup or high-growth preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR), Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience working with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with quality control or sustainability in production/shipping.
